The Analytical Mystic’s Approach
My approach is built on one core principle: A dysregulated nervous system cannot build a regulated life. Many of us have tried to heal and solve our problems with logic alone. We attempt to think and plan our way out of stress, only to find ourselves hitting the same wall.
We now know that internal peace requires a regulated nervous system. When we are stuck in our stress responses of “flight-fight-freeze-fawn” we lose access to our intuition. In the work we will do together, we won't just talk about experienced stress; we focus on where the stress resides in the body.
My three-step process is designed to rewire your nervous system while focusing on healing the whole person, mind, body, and soul. Each container is going to be uniquely tailored to you. We are all unique and complex humans meaning I would never do you the disservice of putting you inside one box.

The Alchemy of Alignment Method
Step 1: Reiki Discovery Audit
We will start by discussing your current life experiences, your personal goals, and your stress patterns. We will identify the specific areas where your lifestyle is clashing with your well-being.
The Goal: To find the root cause of your misalignment and define what alignment feels like for your nervous system.
Step 2: Energy Shift
The Analytical Mystic will use targeted Reiki energy work, crystal frequencies, sound frequencies, and other various techniques to move your body out of stress responses and into rest and restore.
The Goal: To physically and energetically rewire your nervous system. We focus on expanding your “window of tolerance” to build more capacity mentally, physically, and emotionally allowing for more resilience.
Step 3: Integrated Action
Nervous system regulation is a practice, not a one time event. We will work together to build a practical strategy that protects your newly cleared and aligned energy field.
The Goal: To create the habits and boundaries that keep your nervous system balanced in the real world.
