Introducing the analytical mystic: My journey from fight or flight to inner peace

I am excited to reintroduce myself. My name is Jasmine, and I am the face behind The Analytical Mystic. My big three in astrology are Virgo sun, Leo moon, and Aquarius rising. In Human Design, I am a Generator, Emotional Authority, 5/1 Heretical Investigator. It is my calling, and in my cosmic make up, to be of service and help others evolve in this lifetime on Earth.

I am a multifaceted human and share my gifts with society in many different forms. Some of my past and current roles are: social worker, teacher, volunteer, analytical coach, energy healer, intuitive guide, crystal enthusiast, and craftswoman.

I am a nature lover and find that it’s the place I feel closest to God and Source energy. In my free time, you will find me hiking, exploring, or going on adventures. I love to travel as it has opened my mind more than any other experience. I have a deep connection to animals and look forward to the day I can have more of them!

That is all the cool surface level stuff about me. I also have some deeper layers to share.

I am a adult survivor of childhood trauma and lived a life trapped in flight or fight for a very long time. I was parentified as a teenager and forced to grow up quickly to help take care of my siblings, which meant that I learned from an early age to care for others before myself. I was the first in my family to go to University, and while it was an accomplishment, I spent those five years abusing substances just to cope with the pressure.

On the outside, I was a responsible, high achieving person, showing up for work, classes, and events. Yet inside, I felt like I wanted to crawl out of my skin. Between the flashbacks from CPTSD, symptoms of anxiety and depression, emotion dysregulation, and negative thought loops, it was all draining my energy.

My whole reality was based on mental and physical habits that were slowly breaking me. On top of that, I didn’t have any connection to a higher power.

After graduating and starting my career with mental health nonprofits, it became crystal clear that the coping mechanisms I had developed in college were no longer serving me. I was specifically working in a position to help others struggling with addiction and mental health and I didn’t even have a hold on mine.

In retrospect, it feels like my higher self was always guiding the way. I applied for the position without having a hold on my own life, yet it seems like part of me knew I could grow into the person who could help others. In order to do that, I first had to help myself.

After facing multiple crises and personal losses, I finally built up the courage to ask for help.

Fueled by a deep desire to change, I fully immersed myself in the inner work - clinically, holistically, and spiritually. I experienced my own awakenings, gained certifications, and decided I was going to break the cycle of dysfunction and limiting beliefs.

Now, I am on a mission to help you do the same.

As The Analytical Mystic, I combine my skills of analytical coaching, energy work (Reiki, crystals, sound), astrology, and my intuition, to guide you to transmute the energetic imprints of stress and trauma to achieve greater alignment and authentic living for inner peace.

We will get to the root of your issues by identifying the core, inherited, or subconscious energetic blockages and patterns that are preventing success. Then, we will clear, transmute, integrate, and shift the limiting subconscious and emotional data. Lastly, I will coach you to implement new habits and responsive actions that align with your new energetic field, leading to that sweet spot of alignment and authentic living.

Some package options will also include astrology birth chart readings to dive into your human make up based on the cosmos. This will give us insights into your personality and the approach to life that will help you succeed.

The mind-body-spirit connection is powerful and it takes work to rewire the whole system. However, it is possible. If you are reading this and feel the call to make a change in your life, in any area, don’t ignore it.

Choosing to embark on my healing journey led me to aligned work and I launched Healing Vibes Crystals in 2022. Now, the hard launch of The Analytical Mystic is coming in January of 2026!
